- Year-End Distributions - The last day in 2009 that members will be able to request a distribution that will be considered a distribution in the 2009 tax year will be 4:00 p.m., Monday, December 28, 2009. Due to the transition from ING to Hewitt Associates, no further transactions or distributions can
be processed after 4:00 p.m. December 28, 2009 through 9:00 a.m. January 4, 2010. Please plan accordingly.
