If you have forgotten the answers to your secret questions, you will need to contact the MyFRS Financial Guidance Line toll-free at 1-866-446-9377, Option 1, and request your MyFRS User Profile be reset. Once your MyFRS Profile has been reset, you will need to re-register your user profile. You will be prompted to enter the last 4-digits of your SSN, your Personal Identification Number (a 6-digit number that was created just for you), and your date of birth (in MM/DD/YYYY format). After submitting this information, you will need to create a new User ID and Password. You will also be asked to choose two questions from a dialogue box and provide answers, as well as being prompted for your e-mail address. The purpose for this is to allow you
to get your User ID and a temporary password sent to you by e-mail, enabling you to create a permanent password to access your online account. NOTE: The Customer Support Representatives do not have access to your MyFRS User Profile questions and answers due to data security. They will only be able to reset your user profile on MyFRS.com.
