Update MyFRS Profile

To change your MyFRS Profile, you must have a unique User ID and Password. We have included restrictions in an effort to make access to your account secure. Please review the restrictions listed below and keep them in mind as you modify your MyFRS Profile. If you need assistance in changing your password please call 1-866-446-9377, Option 2.

  • User ID: User ID must be between 6 and 32 characters in length including numbers and letters, and cannot contain any special characters such as hyphens, underscores, periods, or the @ symbol.
  • Current Password: Your current MyFRS password is required for security purposes.
  • New Password:
    • Password must be between 12 and 64 characters in length.
    • Any characters (letters, numbers, special characters, and spaces) can be used in the password.
    • Commonly used passwords are not allowed (e.g, 123456, password, etc.).
    • Character sequences are not allowed (e.g, abc, yxw, 123, 765, etc.).
    • Character patterns are not allowed (e.g, mmm, 555, etc.).
    • Your password needs to be updated every 180 days. For your protection, please do not save the password in your browser.
    If you don't want to update your password, do not input any data in the new password fields. Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
  • Security Questions: Please select two security questions and provide your answers. These questions and answers will be used to verify your identity.
    Security answers can only be one word (50 characters max) and only use alphanumeric characters.
  • Email: Please enter and confirm your email address. Should you forget your User ID or Password, you can retrieve your User ID or reset the password using this registered email address.
  • Mobile Phone Number: Please enter your US/Canada mobile phone number.
