MyFRS.com login problems?

If you are having problems logging into MyFRS.com or you think your account has been locked, please check the list of potential problems below:

  • I have forgotten my User ID or Password, or have locked my account

  • We strongly suggest that you store your SSN, PIN, User ID and Password in a safe place upon initial user profile registration. If you have forgotten your User ID or Password, or you have been locked out of your account after 5 unsuccessful login attempts click here. You will need to enter the last 4-digits of your SSN, and your date of birth (in MM/DD/YYYY format), and your last name for validation. Once validated, you will be presented with your secret questions. Upon answering your secret questions, you will be asked to confirm that your e-mail address is correct. If it is not the correct address, you will have the option of changing your e-mail address. Your User ID will be emailed to you along with a randomly generated password. You will use this to login to MyFRS.com. You will be brought to the web page titled "Change Password / Unlock Account". On this page, you will need to create a new, permanent password after re-typing in the randomly generated password appearing in the e-mail you just received. This is a security precaution designed to make sure that you are authorized to make changes to your password. We strongly recommend that you change your password at this time to something you will remember in the future.

  • I have forgotten the answers to my secret questions

  • If you have forgotten the answers to your secret questions, you will need to contact the MyFRS Financial Guidance Line toll-free at 1-866-446-9377, Option 1, and request your MyFRS User Profile be reset. After submitting this information, you will need to create a new User ID and Password. You will, also, be asked to choose two questions from a dialogue box and provide answers, as well as being prompted for your e-mail address. The purpose for this is to allow you to get your User ID and a temporary password sent to you by e-mail, enabling you to create a permanent password to access your online account.
